VEB.RF (Vnesheconombank) is a Russia’s national economic development institution. It is a state corporation established by Russian federal law exclusively for the public good. It is a non-commercial, non-profit organization with no shareholders.

VEB.RF is a Russian development bank that contributes to implement the government’s socio-economic policy, enhancing the competitiveness of the country’s economy and using innovation to modernise the country’s economy. In partnership with commercial banks, VEB.RF provides financing for large-scale projects to develop the country’s infrastructure, industrial production and social sphere, strengthen its technological potential and improve quality of life.

Its mission is to be a driver of Russia’s development notably by funding projects with strong impact on the Russian economy to make it more diversified and more efficient.
